At Guarantee Restoration, our team is always working to better understand the needs of our clients and how we can best meet them. As our business expands, we’ve partnered with several healthcare facilities to help them get back in business fast while keeping the safety and comfort of their patients as our priority.

As our clients’ needs grow, so does our team! Craig Schreiner is our Healthcare Division Manager. With over 20 years of restoration industry experience and nearly 15 years of healthcare industry experience, Craig provides a unique perspective to our Business Development team. During his time in the restoration and health care industries, Craig has worked with facility managers, plant managers and hospital directors to identify damages caused by fire, water, or mold issues and he has worked to restore those facilities back to their pre-loss state.

Over the last 15 years, Craig has assisted restoration professionals with infectious control and helped identify ILSM conditions triggered by the scope of work on any given project. Craig’s compassion and commitment to the safety of your patients is only part of what makes him such a great addition to our team.

Additionally, Craig has worked to train in house healthcare staff and subcontractors for years on restoration industry best practices and outlined proper policies and procedures within the healthcare industry.

As a business owner himself for nearly a decade, Craig believes getting a business back on its feet after fire, water or mold loss without disrupting the experience of clients should be the main priority of any restoration professional. His experience, industry knowledge, and commitment to service will help our team better understand and respond to any size loss from our clients.
